MPMS, Inc.
A property management company. We maintain and operate residential and commercial properties, and we run the maintenance, purchasing and inventory systems that keep those properties running.
What we do
MPMS, Inc. provides day-to-day property management services: building maintenance and repair, work-order dispatch, vendor and contractor coordination, purchasing and materials inventory, and the record-keeping that goes with all of it.
Our field staff, office staff and outside contractors coordinate through InvenCloud, the internal operations platform MPMS, Inc. uses for work orders, purchase orders, vendor records and inventory. InvenCloud is an internal business system. It is not sold to or used by the general public, and it is not a consumer service.
Who we work with
- Employees — office and field maintenance personnel of MPMS, Inc.
- Vendors and contractors — trade contractors, suppliers and service providers engaged by MPMS, Inc. to perform work at or deliver materials to the properties we manage.
Text messaging at MPMS, Inc.
MPMS, Inc. sends SMS text messages to two groups only: our own employees and the vendors and contractors we have an existing business relationship with. Messages are operational — work-order dispatch and status, purchase-order and delivery confirmations, scheduling, and urgent site notices.
We do not send marketing text messages.
MPMS, Inc. does not use SMS for advertising, promotions, solicitation or any other marketing purpose, and does not send text messages to the general public. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.
